About Us

In 2003 we started to order Airsoft and Military products from around the world for our own needs. As a result of the growing demand frequently returning group orders were carried out and long lasting business relationships could be set up. In 2005 we went live with AirsoftArea the nowadays largest and most important Swiss Airsoft internet platform. Only two years later in 2007 we started the AA Store online shop which since then serves national and international customers. Back in 2009 we integrated a small walk in shop into our storage facilities where interested customers can try and purchase equipment on the spot. In spring 2012 we moved to our new premises in Dietikon ZH. Beside the offices, the storage and a new showroom the facilities also contain a 1.5m wide and 10m long Airsoft shooting range with an integrated cinema screen. Our assortment currently comprises more than 4500 articles (April 2012) of which most are in stock and ready to ship at our warehouse which enables us to fulfil any order without delays nor complications.

We are in posession of the necessary weapon trading license. All sales are carried out in line with Swiss weapon trading regulations.

Our primary goal it is to ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after doing business with us. At AA Store the customer stands in the centre of our focus that’s why we are eager to act in his sense. Problems can always occur, the important part is how to address and solve them. All enquiries are usually answered within a few hours, questions and problems can be answered and solved fast to the satisfaction of both parties. We welcome feedback and use this as a constructive suggestion in order to improve our performance regarding efficiency and quality.

Another goal is related to our product range which is supposed to meet our customer’s needs at all times. We are striving to grow continuously and to always have the latest products on offer. However, should something not be in our product range we are happy to accept suggestions and consider the inclusion in our assortment. Our online shop reflects the effective quantity available in our Swiss warehouse which significantly simplifies purchasing with the AA Store. We also continuously invest in our online shop in order to ensure your stay on our website is as enjoyable as possible.

As Airsoft players the proximity to our customers is important to us. We are also committed to the sport behind the scenes by supporting the Swiss umbrella organization (www.sasf.ch) whereever we can. Besides we maintain our forums voluntarily. We are also happy to answer enquiries which are not related to our shop, for example about the law, Airsoft as a hobby in general, club or site search etc.
