1 Products

The actual goods can slightly deviate from the articles shown. Exempted are errors pertaining to prices, descriptions as well as illustrations. All prices include 8.0% VAT but don't include shipping unless specifically stated.

2 Contract

When an order is submitted and accepted by the Euschen Trading Ltd a sales contract is created for the said service which will be confirmed via e-mail. With the submission of an order the customer accepts the GT&C. The minimum age for customers is 16, for those who are beneath this limit a declaration of consent by the legal representative is needed. Airsoft weapons can only be purchased by persons of 18 years and older. A contract has to be signed by both parties preserved at least 10 years. An official governmental weapon licence is not required for Airsoft guns. Further details can be found online in the guidance document on how to purchase weapons on our online shop.

3 Terms for delivery

The products are sent once we receive the payment (exception: Cash on Delivery). In general the products should be supplied within 5-10 business days from receipt of payment. The delivery times mentioned are non binding. Compensation claims for non-delivery or because the manufacturer or supplier did not supply (or not in time) are void. Should an article no longer be available by the manufacturer or supplier, the Euschen Trading Ltd can withdraw from the contract and the transferred funds will be kept as a store credit. Postage and handling fees will not be credited or refunded. The Euschen Trading Ltd can not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages to person(s) or property emanating from the use or misuse of the supplied products.

4 Reservation of proprietary rights & Legal collection

The property of the goods remains with the Euschen Trading Ltd until their complete payment. If outstanding amounts are not paid even after a reminder the case will be handed over to the respective legal office for prosecution. The interest is 5%. For orders sent with the payment method „Cash on Delivery“ not picked up by the customer in time and then returned by post, Euschen Trading Ltd imposes a handling fee of CHF 40.- payable by the customer (on top of the additional shipping fee).

5 Returns

For all products offered, the warranty period is 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Price-reduced products are excluded from this warranty. This warranty covers all material and production defects. The warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the goods by the customer. Improper handling will also void the warranty. Returns are only accepted when a clear defect is present which hasn't been caused by misuse or negligence. Returns are not accepted on the base of a mistake on the customer's part. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the sender and are not refundable. Functionality of all products, especially Airsoft sports products, are checked before shipping.

6 Data security

The personal data entrusted to the Euschen Trading Ltd is treated as strictly confidential and is not passed on to third parties. Yeti t can be used for internal promotion mailings.

7 Copyright

All texts and pictures on our online shop are copyright protected. The copying and usage of the contents of our website are forbidden without written permission. Trespasses against the copyright will be prosecuted to the full extent of civil- and criminal law with possible claims to compensation for damages made.

8 Place of urisdiction

Area of jurisdiction is Dietikon ZH.

9 Additional regulations

The general trading conditions can be changed at any time by the Euschen Trading Ltd.
