1 Products
The actual goods can slightly deviate from the articles shown. Exempted are errors pertaining to prices, descriptions as well as illustrations.
All prices include 7,6% VAT but don't include shipping unless specifically stated.
2 Contract
When an order is submitted and accepted by AirsoftArea.ch, a sales contract is created for the said service which will be confirmed via e-mail. Orders can be submitted exclusively via email. With the submission of an order the ordering customer accepts the GT&C. The minimum permitted age for customers is 16 years, for those who are beneath this limit a declaration of consent by the legal representative is needed. Airsoft weapons can only be acquired by persons of 18 years and older. In order to do so a contract has to be signed by both parties preserved at least 10 years. An official governmental weapon licence is not required for Airsoft guns. Further reaching details are described in the online at the AA store available guidance document on how to purchase weapons.
3 Terms for delivery
The products are sent posterior to the transfer on our Postfinance account. Additional insurance is available on request and against a surcharge. AirsoftArea.ch prices the shipping directly at the Swiss Post AG. Airsoft weapons will be sent registered at our expense to ensure the contract partner will receive the order and only him. In general the products should be supplied within 5-10 business days from receipt of payment. The delivery times mentioned are non binding. Compensation claims for non-delivery or because the manufacturer or supplier did not supply (or not in time) are void. Should an article should no longer be available by the manufacturer or supplier, AirsoftArea.ch can withdraw from the contract, the transferred funds will be duly reimbursed to the client. AirsoftArea.ch cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages to person(s) or property emanating from the use or misuse of the supplied products.
4 Reservation of proprietary rights
The property of the goods remains AirsoftArea.ch's property until their complete payment.
5 Returns
There is no warranty (Exception: 30 day warranty on weapons from date of purchase). Returns are only accepted when a clear defect is present which hasn't been caused by misuse or negligence. Returns are not accepted on the base of a mistake on the customer's part.
Functionality of all products, especially Airsoft sports products, are checked previous to shipping.
6 Data security
The personal data entrusted to AirsoftArea.ch is treated as strictly confidential and is not passed on to third parties.
7 Copyright
All texts and pictures on AisoftArea.ch are copyright protected. The copying and usage of the contents of our website are forbidden without written permission. Trespasses against the copyright will be prosecuted to the full extent of civil- and criminal law with possible claims to compensation for damages made.
8 Place of urisdiction
Area of jurisdiction is Zurich.
9 Additional regulations
The general trading conditions can be changed at any time by the operators of AirsoftArea.ch.
