Weapon Ordering

1 Information on how to order weapons

Since 12 December 2008 Airsoft toys are no longer treated as such but they are listed under the weapons law (so called privileged non-fire weapons). In order to purchase an Airsoft weapon a contract must be signed and kept for at least 10 years by both parties. A weapon purchasing licence as it is needed for real firearms is not required. But the buyer must be at least 18 years of age and he/she must be able to present an official document such as a swiss passport, a swiss identity card or a swiss resident permit C. Without these documents we are unable to ship weapons. Holders of a resident permit type B can apply for an exceptional permission to purchase and possess an Airsoft weapon thru the responsible office of the resident's canton (www.fedpol.ch).

2 Order procedure

1. You kindly place your order online
2. We provide you with the contract and all information needed by e-mail
3. You print & sign the contract and return it together with a copy of the above mentioned ID papers
4. We send you the order as registered mail

It is not allowed to sell weapons to persons who present a potential thread to themselves or to a third party. Further it is not allowed to sell weapons to citizens of the following states:

Serbia
Croatia
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Kosovo
Montenegro
Macedonia
Turkey
Sri Lanka
Algeria
Albania

3 International orders

We do deliver abroad while international orders are exempted from the above mentioned process. We organise the required export documents without additional costs for our customers. Please inform yourself about the legal situation in your country prior placing an order with us. We can not take any responsibility for additional efforts & expenses occurring from complications with customs or returned shipments.

Germany: Weapon deliveries to Germany are not possible in general.
Austria: Weapon sales to persons of age 18 and above only. Proof of age must be provided (copy of ID / passport).
France: Weapon sales to persons of age 18 and above only. Proof of age must be provided (copy of ID / passport).
